Why are men like a pack of cards ??

a club the knock the b*****d out
and a spade to bury them...
Seriously i think they're all like that....it's probably something to do with the fact that they can't multi-task like us fine women - how can any man do two things at once. sit on the couch AND listen...we're obviously asking too much ;-) lol
My boyfriend says it's because when my mouth opens - his ears close!!! ...to which i responded with a bit of sign language (if you get what i mean) ...
But i believe the book "man are from mars and women are from venus" should have all the answers you need

Think about years ago. Men were the hunters in the family bringing home the kill and the women were the care takers at home, women did the cleaning cooking laundry and so forth. And the men always had to be consitrating on one thing the kill. He is probably deep into what he is thinking of he has shut out everything else or maybe he has a hearing problem. My dad has the same problem he will be watching tv or doing something elseuntil you get his attention before you say what you want to him.. My dad owns his own business and usually he will be thinking about it. So just get your partners attention first then say what you want.

Hi there i have been trying to work this one out for years,and i am still none the wiser,they are such babies as well just a snivel of a cold and they want their bed,apart from being not listening or believe what you are saying(as they always no better) they are just big babies too, oh doesn't it make you so angry!!!!!

We only get that way after years of studying women. We don't quite get the feminine subtleties right, but that's your fault for invoking your prerogative so often. Our version of the old saying is a little different:
