That's were someone talks and doesn't let the other person get a word in. Therefore you only get one point of view.

I am not sure this meets the definition of conversation though as that implies more than one person talking.

Yes, it's when you talk to someone who doesn't want to listen, they just buy time til they can change the subject or make a getaway.

Technically, no. A conversation is by definition an exchange of ideas, usually verbal. So a conversation could be heavily dominated by one side, but if there is no exchange, then instead of a conversation it simply becomes a statement of ideas to another party.
