The answer to your question is Very easy! Most employers like to employ people who are easily exchanged/fired and keep them while they need them. This is because they don't like paying their good employee's a whole lot of money, nor do they want a whole lot of long-term people working for them. If they did pick good employee's for long-term, they would have to give them benefits, and they don't want to do this.
And, hon, you need to be a little less accusing. Never judge a book by its cover. Maybe those guys had a bad day? And, really, does it matter if his shirt was hanging out? Atleast he HAD a shirt on!

Chill man..cool down.It happens everywhere,in every country.Some people don't care to be presentable as long as they get their work done!There's nothing much we can do about it.I hope someone will form a union or something in every country so that we can get good customer service all the time.In the meantime,everyone can be pissed off but they will forget about it later.Happens all the time.That's why nothing changes.

I'm sure he will not fall for that again this year. You most likely will have to be more creativity, I think large amounts of alcohol will get him in the mood to do what you need with him. Actually, I think it is a much better TV moment, when we see them extracting him from the chimney buck naked.

I agree no one believes in customer satisfaction anymore and what happen to consumers are always right, that statement apparently is lost in the mail somewhere!!!

employesr still keep them mainly due to their qualification (probably)..unless it is a government service
