Depends on your personal tastes --
The Godfather
Gone With The Wind
A Clockwork Orange
Casablanca
Wizard of Oz
Snow White and the Seven Dwarves
Jaws
The Omen
The Exorcist
A Streetcar Named Desire
South Pacific
West Side Story
Guys And Dolls
The Bells of St. Mary's
Mommie Dearest
Bonnie and Clyde
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid
The Graduate
You get the picture -- there is no way to pick just one - and there are many that I didn't even list that belong there!

Breaker Morant–Superb acting and a message that continues to hold great relevance to current times.
Breaking Away had the best acting of any film I'd ever seen. Meaning it didn't seem acted through most of the film.
