Mom always said that things would go downhill from there.I turned 30 in January and in April I started having problems. They range from wrinkles that showed up over night to female problems like I have never had before to gall stones. i am in the process of being tested for a variety of things. I just feel like I dont know my body anymore. I heard that 40 is the new 30. Is there hope? Is there a website that focuses on 30 somethings.I cant believe I just said that!!!!!! I am going to watch Golden Girls now.J/K

Always check with your doctor if you have medical problems, but as far as being 30 goes. . . .I had a crisis when I turned 30. I wasn't in my 20s any more!!! It hit me like a ton of bricks. Of course there is hope. You are young and entering some of the best years of your life. Things do NOT go downhill -no disrespect to your mother- but they keep getting better and better! Go for it with gusto!

Well if it helps any, the prettiest female I have ever known in my life, is, at this moment, 35. I first noticed how pretty she was when she was 30. But now, she looks prettier to me now than she did when I first saw her.

Why? Because yes looks are important, but when a person has a character that is also attractive, it seems that no matter what she does, she only gets prettier with time.

I'm convinced that if I know her when she's 80 years old, I'll find her even prettier at that age than as beautiful as she looks today at 35.

Remember that, and you'll get prettier too. The key is that each day, you have to wake up wanting to be a better person than yesterday. If you do that, people will feel this energy and will see it in your face. The wrinkles won't even come into to focus because they see that you got better than the previous time they saw you. Do this and you will release chemicals in the air that will make you very attractive.

Finally, I can tell you now that the most attractive 20 year old woman could never win my heart over this 35 year old woman if I knew I could pick one or the other to be with me forever.

I loved my 20's and my 40's. The 30's were raising kids and I guess I was more concerned about them and not caring that much about myself. The 50's suck right now. It's by far been the worst with physical changes. I can deal with some.....but it seems like it happened too quickly and I'm not ready. Had alot of major life changes like the death of my parents etc. and for the first time...the stress shows. Who knows....when I'm 70 I may look back at this time as the best.......life is full of transitions and for everything I've lost, something better has taken it's place. It doesn't seem like it at the time but even with the issues at each age....I have no desire to be anywhere than where I am now.

30 is awfully young to be "falling apart".
Keep your chin up. Make sure you are living a Very healthy lifestyle. No smoking, eat "good food", get plenty of exercise. Don't forget your body is 80% water, so drink plenty of that.
Wrinkles are a sign of wear and tear. Stay out of the sun, use mosturizers twice a day. Again, drink plenty of water and never tug at your skin on your face.
Good luck!

I turned 45 last month and every day there is something new and different going on with my body. All my ailments began around 30 too. Things happen, then they go away.

Yes, it's totally normal. You just need to learn to accept it because it is just a part of life.

Just wait until you start to go grey...down there!

You're not old!

Think about how long things last before you have to take them in for repairs (like a car). Go get fixed up--what matters is how young you feel on the inside. Exercise and find something to do for fun.

I just turned 40, so the good news is I'm over the removal of my gall bladder already, but the hot flashes are killing me.

Young lady, wait until you start pushing 60! Definition of a good day: Any morning you get up and something doesn't hurt, it's a good day.
