I am a writer /illustrator and screen and play wright as well as spoken word poet.?

Question

I am looking to record a spoken word c.d. using back ground from previously recorded music as well as original material and voice only
I would like to produce this on my pc however I have know idea as to how to go about doing it. Also I am trying to create a my space web site and have no clue as to how to set it up.
I would like to put my art and poetry and samples of my writing and resume and contact information, bio etc. But HOW?

As for the recording, try Audacity. It is a free audio recorder/editor and has a lot of great features. Just sign up for a MySpace page and use HTML to edit it the way you like.
