Open a command or cmd prompt and use nslookup.

Remember that doing IP address -> hostname doesn't always give correct results, because the DNS for that lookup is set up differently than hostname -> IP, and sometimes not at all!

On the other hand, Tracert might give you clues as to what network the IP is on, based on the names near the end. Another way would be to run 'whois' on the IP address.

When all else fails, you can also try entering the IP at SamSpade which has a bunch of lookup tools.
