I whanged mine off my feet in a child’s playground by using a swing as added propulsion, the bugger landed on a two story house roof!!!
Got a wet foot on the way home :-(
So I guess about 30ft off the foot.

Using the famouse 360deg rotary spin shot along with the minimum thumb and fore finger grip, if inclined at an angle of 37deg with a moderate Westerly wind when throwing to the North East I guess about 5 feet!

last time I did that it got caught on my hand and I accidentally hit a girl in the head with it.
there was some kind of string on the wellie.
I'm not joking.
seriously it's an event at my school sports day.
but I think the second one went about 16 feet.
Tug of war is so much more my thing, I won a gold medal.
