The "Choose Your Own Adventure" books were the most popular, but other series that did the same thing were "Choose Your Own Nightmare," "Scream Shop," and "Usborne Spinechillers" (those last few were all young adult horror genre).

I remeber those books. Iloved em. They are called choose your own adventure. You can probaly still find them in your local library. Have fun

yeah, actually i think they're called "choose your own nightmare" or something. is it by "Goosebumps? used to love those. too old for them now, tho
