Usually. If you pass.... And don't worry just because they test you. Large companies usually test ALL new hires for insurance reasons.

Almost have the job.

They have to make sure that you are no illegal drugs in your system. But even then if you pass it does not necessarily mean you have the job. Depending on how they process interviews. I have worked for two companies that did drug testing and I was hired. But I had applied with another company, passed the drug test but I did not get the job.

Most companies have a drug policy, however it usually comes down to old uncle Ben. Do they want to pay $50 for a urinalysis or $600 for the full spectrum or even more for hair test. I think that it is standard procedure but if your clean, no problems right.

Good luck

It sounds like they are considering you for the job. Most companies don't want to go through the expense of testing people they are not going to hire. It doesn't mean you have the job yet, but it's looking good!

Not necessarily. A lot of companies pre-screen applicants these days. Obviously if you come back positive you won't get the job at all, but a negative result isn't a guarantee. Good Luck!

A drug test is not a cheap procedure, so yes usually as long as they are negative you have an excellent chance of landing the job.

The drug attempt expenses money, i does not deliver you except i'm waiting to grant you the pastime. If the corporate is insanely extensive, or it exchange right into a federal authorities organization, then they are in a position to cope with to pay for to deliver all of their "brief checklist" to take the drug assessments.

usually it is a great sign because most companies will not waste pre employment drug screens(usually cost $50-$100) on people they do not plan on hiring

usually results come back in 49-72 hours and then your job offer is made

It means that they are interested enough in you to go to the expense of paying for the test to check you out, hopefully the test will come back clean. then and only then will they offer you the position.

Only if you pass. In most cases, they won't pay for the test unless they expect to make you an offer. Would you pay to test every applicant if you were only going to hire one?
