I went through the procedures listed and nothing happened. I would like to have the IM feature so i can chat directly with friends. Help please

First try downloading it again .Do you have the correct opreating system. Did you download the softwrae or actually install the software and go through the full installation process. You then need to establish a user name and password to load annd use the IM software. Go to the help screen for that IM if you still need help.

If you downloaded it did you save if you did you have to goto the folder where you saved it and run it from there it should run an install if not try downloading it again. ANd make sure the one you download is compatible with your browser
