1.Stay calm
2.Think
3.Be reasonable,dont think of-oh,i jus gonna fail,i'm a loser........
4.Ask for help(if u need it)even if it means swallowing ur pride.
5.Solve the problem step by step.First, analyse ur motives, see what u have to gain or lose if u take a certain risk(in trying to solve the problem),break the problem up into fractions and solve the most achievable part first, then the nxt and so on.
Good luck with it.

Only go at it for about 20 minutes. Rest and sleep overnight and have another go tomorrow. Come at it from lots of different angles. Keep a notebook with you at all times and jot down anything which suddenly comes to mind, no matter how daft.
Albert Einstein solved problems by the above method. He kept copious notebooks of scribblings so that he could remember everything he was thinking on a given problem for later use.

That would very much depend on the problem. If you are more specific about your problem there are a lot of great people on this site that give very meaningful advice. A lot of the people have probably gone through a similar problem, so could relate. Try them and I bet you will get a good answer. Good luck. Wish I could have helped more.

Look at the problem from all possible angles and learn as much as possible about what is causing the problem and then use everything you have learned to come up with a solution that you think is worthy.

Analyse it. Reduce it to smaller components. Think about each part. Be specific. Reduce ambiguity. Ask others. Sleep well..................
It rather depends what the problem is - it can be possible to use technology to help e.g. computer; maybe you could consider what you want the end-point to be and find a pathway from where you are now to your goal. Best of luck! ~RJS

You probably already have a rough idea what is the best way to resolve your problem...
Ask as many people as possible and see how many come up with the same solution as your own.

Viewing it from different angles. Like if the problem has multiple sides try to position your self in all side and see the best way.

Think out side of the box and walk away from the problem and then come back to it. write everything down...all thoughts....then read them after a break...they will sound different.

In small steps. Break it up, approach it by degrees.
First define the problem very well.
