Who is reponsible to pay when the damage starts to affect inside the inside of the unit?

If there is evidence that the termite problem manifested from the outside and into the inside, then it is the property management's problem. If there is no evidence to show that it manifested from the outside in, then the property management will try to pin it on you. Take pictures and call an expert.

Since your name is on the title, I would guess you would be. If you are not paying a landlord for up keep & such, I would have to say that would be you!!! You mentioned the outside of the unit, when you purchased the condo, you purchased the inside & the outside, just like if you had purchased a single family home...

If you have a Home Owners Association....they are responsible for the outside but if it caused damage on the inside because it wasn't fixed...they are also responsible for that............

That will depend on where the damage is. If it is in a common shared wall area, you will each be responsible for 50%. If it is on a part of the building that is only yours, it is all your responsibility.

Owner's association should get the termite exterminated. Talk to them.

Since you are the "owner", it would stand to reason that you are responsible.
