It is normal for semen to flow out, but don't worry. It is natural for it to do so. However, there is a very good chance that some sperm will find the way. think about it. There are millions of sperm. so if a lot go out, some will go up the fallopian tubes to fertilise the egg.

Good luck in trying to conceive.

It's going to come back out no matter what. Thats what its designed to do. Its a wives tale that the semen needs to be inside you longer to get you pregnant.

Its not true. Doctors will often advise women to stick a pillow under their butts, but its a placebo kinda thing. Makes them relax and think theyre doing something.

Its the initial force of the ejaculation that rockets the sperm as far as its ever going to get with outside help. From there its up to cervical mucus and longevity as to whether or not it can make the uphill journey to the fallopian tube.

Just relax and have fun with sex. Babies are a result. When you start trying to MAKE yourself pregnant is when it becomes impossible. It only takes a little stress to mess up the process.

Its not the semen that gets you pregnant. Its the sperm contained in the semen. As long as some of the sperm are able to cling to the walls of your vagina, it doesn't matter that the rest of the semen escapes, and there's nothing you can do to stop that happening. If you have been trying for 8 months, you are possibly trying too hard (stressing out too much) and need to relax. Also, you might want to consult a doctor to rule out any other reasons you might not conceive.

I totally know what you are talking about... Please get the book : http://www.ovusoft.com/library/bookexcerpt.asp

taking charge of your fertility. My doctor recommended it... i was in your same situ, and we weren't after 8-9 months.

This book HONESTLY made me listen to my body, and i was pregnant within a month!!!

It all has to do with your cycle, your CM, cervical position and your temperature. (*whether or not all the seminal fluid falls out ( so it seems) there is alot inside. If the cervix is HIGH, the sperm will travel in. If it is low, hence you are not fertile, it will not. (feels like the tip of your nose...) don't really know how to better explain it.)

My cycle ISN"T like everyone else's that's 28 days long. That was where mu problem was. I wasn't fertile after 13-14 days. I was at day 11-12... the book helped me figure that out.

Please believe me, and trust me when i tell you that it truly did work for us!!! Within a month, we achieved it!! She's now 10 months old!!!

Good Luck!!! :O)

This is a natual response - Its not made to stay there for ever. What ever goes in will come out. Unless you stand on your head, and even then... It will take care of itself ..

That's how it works... 8-) Be happy.. If its not fresh and Grade A, -- then is going out !

Enjoy and be happy. Its not a problem...

Put your legs up against a wall, as high as you can for a few minutes. Even if some or "all" leaks out you can still get pregnant. Eventually most of it will come out due to gravity.

You might have your husband stay in a little longer, hips propped up with a pillow and then lift your legs up to help with gravity.

You need to orgasm together so that your cervix opens up just as he ejaculates. That way his sperm will go straight into your womb and the cervix will close behind it, stopping flow back.
That is the biological function of the female orgasm.
