Sounds more like you are looking for a maid then a soul mate by using the term "house wife". This may be a language barrier.... but you may want to invest some time in getting the "PC" terms down... before looking for an American wife anyway......

put an ad in the newspaper,looking for house wife. but if you are looking for a house keeper look up house keeping service.
I guess by your question your not interested in a loving ,caring romantic relationship.
