Oh my gosh! How lucky you'll be to experience the classic WHO, an icon in music history and the music revolution. Do it if you can, so that one day when your grandchildren ask, 'Who is the WHO', you'll be able to expound as if you were there :)

That all depends on who they are going with, how far they have to travel to get there, how are they getting home and of course what type of concert they are seeing. I went to a NWA gig in brixton about 15-20 years ago and there was gun fire inside the gig. If they are responsible a young person then it's best to trust their judgement.

Yes, I think it should be allowed as long as parents attend. My first concent was at 16 with both parents, and after I earned a little more trust, they started letting me go alone around 17 or so.

I went to a Slipknot concert at 15. It was great! I don't know why your mom is having a problem with this when your dad is going. I went by myself.

Is this a real question??? At 15 with adult supervision this is a no brainer. Let the kid go. It is only THE WHO.
It may be the kids only chance to ever see this band play. I only wish I could see them.

I think it would be a crime to prevent your 15 year old from seeing the Who. I mean, just be thankful their not asking to see some crappy emo band.

I think 15 year olds should be going to concerts every week--classical music only. Rock music and very loud music has been incontrovertibly shown to lead to hearing loss and occasionally to brain damage.
So, please find your pleasure in attending concerts of music by Debussy, Mahler, Schnittke, Milhaud, and Takemitsu. Preserve your hearing and use it for something truly worthwhile.
Rock music is to music
