i cant view anysites basicly, cnt download stuff, or anything!!! how cna i disable it i know i need to be on has the administrator like my parents cuz im limited (like my account type is limited)

Talk to your parents about letting up the security a little bit. You cannot access those options unless you are the administrator.

umm i think you have to go to keyword and tyep in the box Parental Conrtol , then hit ok then set it to off , hey this is better
