I want ot buy a Unlocked Sony ericsson K800 phone off of ebay. If i buy it will it work with cingular? It says that "For customers using Cingular or other cellular provider that uses 850MHz frequency, this phone will NOT work on 850MHz service so please check with your cellular provider prior to purchase. " but then it says "This phone WILL work with CINGULAR, T-MOBILE or AT&T's GSM 1900 MHz service in the USA." So if i buy it will everything work on it (like the internet, messaging, etc)? Please help me because i want this phone but i do not want to buy the phone and it not to work. Thanks for your help :]

Contact Cingular and ask if their sim card will work in this phone. Do not ask customer service. I did that for a phone I had and when they sent the $30.00 sim card, it did not work and I had to get one of their phones.
Ask for technical service and ask the techs, they know.
Whatever you do, don't believe what people post on answers if they say it will work. Some people can do very convincing lies just because they think it is funny.

Call Cingular, they should be able to tell you yes or no.
