Mine spread just a smidgen but I was told it has to do with breathing more effectively. Whenteh baby grows your organs get cramped up within your chest so the nasal passages enlarge to help you breath better.

No, that's not the case, the only thing that spreads is your feet, butt, and waist, and in some cases your thighs. But not your nose.

omg my nose is fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ive never heard this !!!!!!!!!
like things could get any worse now i have to worry my nose is gonna spread isnt sickness ,sore boobs, tiredness, needing to pee etc enough!!! hate to say but bet a man said a womans nose spreads!!!!!!!!

I've never heard of that and never seen it. Feet maybe, but not noses.

ugh my nose looked different my last trimester with my daughter....and im sure it will happen again with this little girl. =)

Most say it has something to do with gender. Mine did with my son.
