1) all cigarrettes contain nicotine.
Ergo, all cigarettes are harmful. Not only that, the tar and oils in the smoke irritate your lungs. It's not necessarily the nicotine that causes cancer, emphysema and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, it's the smoke.
So no cigarrettes are 'safe' unless you believe the tobacco companies. If you do, then I have a bridge to sell you.

all cigarettes are harmful, not everyone dies from smoking them though. Please don't start as the are also annoying to the peeps around you. You can save big bucks and use the money for other things in life that can make you smile, laugh. or just enjoy your life a little bit more...good luck ;)

ALL cigarettes contain, tar, nicotine, cyanide, carbon monoxide, and arsenic, so NO cigarettes are safe.
To avoid nicotene, don't smoke and stay away rom smokers.
