Is this dent repairable?

Was in an accident and there's a 1' X 4" dent on the front side panel. Is this repairable without replacing the panel? Like those places that "massage" out dents? How much would it cost?

You may be able to fix it yourself pretty easily. 1st wet the fender down and then take a bathroom plunger and apply it to the area of the dent. Wit h a quick snap, pull the plunger straight out. I have unpopped a few dents like this before with great results.
