We celebrate Thanksgiving earlier in Canada than they do in the U.S. because our climate is colder, and the annual harvest comes earlier. October for us, November for them. The celebrations are quite similar except for the dates, though. (i.e. not a good time to be a turkey.)

-no certainly some human beings celibrate Christmas for a month, pass to detention center for a month and then do rehab for a month. up here it is so chilly it is the two that or hockey. ( sic jk)
