The seventh thing is below the big balloon in sky, to the left of the balloon below the balloon in the sky. There is a red spot in the picture on the right and not there on the picture on the left.

I am not sure which exactly you are missing but, on the picture on the right, there is a red dot in the center right by the multicolored balloon and it is lop-sided/laying on it's side (balloon is mostly yellow). Hope this helps.
