Just wash you hands daily and avoid smoking it will take a week or so before it fades... It may take longer for the stains to come out of your fingernails... I used fingernail polish remover on my fingers to help remove the yellowish brown stain that I had and then I washed my hands with dish soap... Good Luck and congratulations on quitting..

A little cleaning with either hydrogen peroxide or diluted bleach will help. Also try scrubbing a bit with baking sode mixed with water to form a paste. Its mildly abrasive. These are tips from my hubby the ex-smoker.

Why not 'quit' smoking. You will find if you do, and be 'quick' about it, the nicotine will go on its own accord, quickly........
