For what? You didn't say changing a password for anything. If you're talking about windows, go to start/control panel and click user accounts.

I don't know for sure what you want to change your password but i guess your desktop password. All you have to do is , press Control Alt Delete from your keyboard and you can see change password option there.

If this is your password for your user account on your computer you are talking about just go to start/settings/control panel and click on user accounts. in here you can do many things to your user account including changing your password. Just make sure you know the old one.
