my tongue has been pierced 3 days ago with a shorter bar bell now my tongue has swollen and the balls of the bar bell are smashing into my tongue help me is this going to be a problem

They are supposed to use a longer one then they will downsize after. Go back and see if you can get a longer one put in.

your piercer is either inexperienced or a moron. everyone that gets their tongue pierced will experience some swelling, some more than others. but as a precaution, the barbell must accommodate for lots of swelling. your options are to go back to the piercer and have them remove the short barbell and put in a longer one (which is more than likely going to be painful) or you can have them remove the barbell and let it heal up and have them re-pierce it after it heals.

Why would you want to hurt yourself that way. Really that is so unattractive, not to mention unhealthy.
Take it out and let the piercing close and pray you don't have an infection that could kill you.

take it out.....dam it is squeezing your toung. You were supposed to get a longer one since your toung is going to swell. Also, that is very dangerous....you should go complain to who did that to you....it was not safe....
