Could be a number of things but probably no need to worry. Talk to her pediatrician about it. Good luck and God bless.

Try Johnson's baby bath bar. You can find it in the baby aisle at most stores, and it's under a buck.

Wash face with the bar, every night. Don't put any lotion on her face at all, this will upset the rash more.

My daughter & my niece had this, and the bath bar was recommended by the pediatrician who is the head of the peds dept. I have never used anything but this. Turns out, the girls have really sensitive skin.

If the bath bar doesn't work within 3 days, call the doctor.

My baby is 10 weeks old and also had trouble with a rash on his face. An excellent remedy is aquascream mixed with a few drops of rose oil that you can buy at the pharmacy. Just put the cream on a couple of times and the rash would be gone soon.

Please see a doctor as soon as possible. It could be nothing, but it could be something that needs treatment. Do the spots disappear if you put a glass against the skin? If not - call an ambulance straight away as this is a sign of menengitus.

If the spots do disappear when pressed with a glass, then it could be anything from a heat rash to an alergic reaction. Have you changed your washing powder at all? Its definately worth getting it looked at for your peace of mind.

Does it have little white heads? Does it feel hot to the touch? Does she have a fever? Is her breathing normal? Have you applied anything new on her skin or clothes? Have you changed formula or introduced a new baby food?

If it has white heads and none of the other things apply, It is probably baby acne

This is nothing to worry about and will be gone in a month or so.

If there is heat in it or it is accompanied with fever or changes in breathing go to her physician or the ER immediately.

If you've changed bathing or laundering products, bathe her in water and call your doctor. My 7 month old was allowed Benadryl but I don't know about 7 weeks.

If you've changed formulas or given baby food again ask a doctor about Benadryl. Remember it is best not to give solids until 4months.

take her to see her pediatrician. When my daughter was 3 weeks old she broke out in a rash all over her face and i took her in and they said it was baby acne.. then a few days later her eyes were swollen shut so i took her back and the dr said the same thing and so i got a second opinion... then i come to find out she had a common virus in the skin that some babies get and they gave me some ointment that healed it within hours!! So in other words, it could very well be nothing, but better to be safe than sorry! You know! I hope your little one gets better!

Babies do get something called Baby Acne, its like a rash on the face and they can get it on other parts of their body as well. It eventually goes away.
Could also be an allergic reaction to the detergent you are using, or any lotions/creams you use on your baby, any body washes or soaps etc

Take a trip to the doctor, even if it is nothing it will give you piece of mind. Good luck

My two older children had the exact thing and that's how their eczema started. My oldest outgrew his by 10 months, my 4 y/o daughter is still fighting it, just not on her face.

Try using unscented wash, moisturize with unscented lotion and wash all the baby's clothes, bedding and towels in dye and fragrance free laundry soap (All Free is good)

See if that helps, if not go to the doc.

DO SHE HAVE A FEVER, IF SO, GET HER TO THE DOCTOR ASAP. IF THERE IS NOT SIGN OF A FEVER, TRY TO REMEMBER IF YOU HAVE USED ANYTHING NEW ON HER SKIN. IF THERE IS NOT SIGN OF FEVER, BATHE THE BABY. WASH HER FACE WITH PLAIN WATER. THEN GET SOME AVEENO BABY CREAM FOR HER RASH. NEW CLOTHES CAN CAUSE THIS PROBLEM TOO BUT THE RASH WOULD BE ON THE BODY ALSO.

It could be eczema, I had it when i was a baby, if it is it she will usually grow out of it being on her face but it may spread to other parts of her body as did mine...You can get cream for it from the doctor and she will be fine

infant zits through hormones. Its ok and could bypass away in some months. i detect that if i do no longer touch her face plenty and don't use ANY cleansing soap nor a washcloth (incredibly one that's no longer one hundred% cotton) on MY infant's face, her zits subsides. as quickly as lotion or cleansing soap or shampoo hits her epidermis... dots galore! She's 6 weeks. i've got study plenty on the subject. this is totally ordinary. The eyelids are the comparable on my infant and that i'm breaking the habit of a million. kissing her eyelids plenty ;-D, 2. assisting close her eyes while she's notably much asleep and 3. getting that "stuff" off her eyes as quickly as I see it. congratulations on your efficient equipment!
