If you're talking about most obnoxious fans in the world than Philly fans are right there holding hands with the just as irritating Steeler fans!
If you're talking about least supportive fans, the San Diego Chargers looked pretty pathetic last night when they have a great team yet have almost less fans than their opponent in attendance.

Any sports team in Southern California. Even the teams that traditionally draw crowds, like the Dodger Dogs and the Lickers, er, Lakers, have half-a$$$ed fans who show up late, leave early, and are more into seeing who is in the crowd then watching the game on the field. The other teams are all fair-weather fans. Sure they'll show up in droves for Charger games -- while the team is winning. Once they lose a few, you have your choice of ROWS to occupy in Qualcomm.
The Ducks fans are bad for another reason: they're too restrained. Before a Ducks game they used to play an announcement that bad language or similar behavior would lead to a fan's expulsion. If that was the case at a Blackhawks game the stadium would be empty. But the Ducks fans seem to go along with it. Why bother going to a hockey game if you're not going to swear and get obnoxious? (Hey, if its good enough for the players its good enough for the fans, that's my theory.)
Angel fans might be the best of a bad bunch. Clipper fans, too, although it used to be hard to tell who at a Clipper game was a Clipper fan and who bought tickets because their favorite team was playing the Clipjobs that night.

I have to vote for Raider fans. They start fights in the Black Hole, and at the other team's home stadium. I watched Riader fans threatening a man who was there with his daughter watching the game. They were minding their own business, and a band of drunk, rubber skull mask-earing idiots were pushing this guy around just for cheering for his team.
