Hair colour and eye colour are closely related as both depend on the colour pigments produced by an individual. However as the genes coding for pigment production in eyes and hair are not linked in theory you can get any combination, so there are populations with very dark hair and blue eyes for example.
If you were to go back in history you would have found human populations to be isolated from one another and so the same colour of eyes, hair and skin would be passed from generation to generation without any change, unless a mutation occurred.
It is harder to get some combinations, for example blue eyes in someone with dark hair and skin, as ancestrally these populations all had brown eyes and you need two copies of the gene for blue eyes to get a blue-eyed person. However, mixing of different populations has thrown up many different combinations.
There is one example which can only occur in one combination which is white hair, with pink eyes and unpigmented skin. Individuals with this combination are true albinos and produce no pigment whatsoever. You either have albinism or you don't you will never find someone with pink (unpigmented) eyes and dark hair for example.

Well as their Gene Loci are not linked then any combination is possible...however bear in mind it is all down to dominance of the alleles and which alleles each parent has.
To be fair your question is more complicated than it first appears. You would have to first establish the number of genes that determined each phenotype and then look at where they were on the genome..the closer they are the more likely they are to be expressed together as the less likely they are to cross over to other chromoatids.
Well its a simplified explaination and its been a few months since the genetics module so its worth probably wikipediaing it.

This is pure genetics and therefore anything is possible . The answers may border on the bizarre. Like in animal research they selectively bred various breeds of dogs for conformity and other traits and in the process bred out immunity against many other things like diseases , joint problems etc.
Ask a geneticist and he / she will figure out what it will require and how many human generations it will take to produce somebody with white hair and purple eyes.

Stands to reason you can get any colour hair and eyes. It's all about genetics.
