dallas - 5 superbowls
Redskins - 3 superbowls plus 2 NFL championships before the AFL NFL merger ( so u can say 3 or 5 depends if ur a cowboy fan or redskins fan)

i cant tell you how many each but i can gurintee you that the cowboys have douibled the redskins super bowl championchips at least...............during the 90's with troy aikmen and emmit smith
