The toe nail fungus one has to be the worst, this little fungus thing lifts the guys toenail right off of his foot and then crawls in. YUCK!

The grossest commercial I've ever seen is the one where the frog uses a knife to flip a termite into a pot of boiling water on a stove. I don't recall the name of the company, but it certainly curbed my appetite.

It's not the grossest, but the far worst commercial i have ever seen has to be either the pointlessly stupid Yogos commercial or that ANNOYING mini-wheats jingle. They seem to not understand that you want to make people WANT the product, not depise its creators

The Zaxby's commercials, I find those rather disturbing.
I also HATE THE STUPID GAP SKINNY JEANS COMMERCIAL, every time it comes on I have to change the channel of leave the room. It actually makes me sick.
