One of my Brittanica Encyclopedias was "stolen". How can I replace it?

If you can't find it on E-bay, keep an eye out for public library book sales. They tend to sell old encyclopedias. You might get lucky.

Since they came out with a new edition almost every year that can be very difficult. From one edition to the next a volume may not contain the same range. You can try on ebay but it would be a pretty slim chance that someone has the exact edition and wants to sell only one volume. I would go by the set on CD.
