Why do some people who choose to work with computers get so annoyed when people around them are typing?

Because they are typing rapidly. Some are going super fast and are making a clickety clackety sound when typing. I guess they people are typing one letter at a time really slow. I don't see how you can be very QUIET when typing. They just got a problem with computers and miss the old typewriter.

Some people type very loudly, some can do so much quieter. Also people who can touch type are the worst since they can do it so fast, it makes one long annoying clicking noise. Just get a softer keyboard.

Background noise. The same reason why people get annoyed when people are loud on the phone, or choose to clip their fingernails, etc.

Interesting that - it only happened to me once, - and the guy was a moronic controlling bully and control freak - and just couldn't cope with the fact that (1) he could bully or control me or (2) I can touch type and he was a two fingered stabber! Way to go!!!

That annoys me. I constantly proofread and examine for grammar, spelling, and punctuation. yet, yeah, that gurl thingy. Does that make it much less complicated to variety or something? It specific as heck does not make the know-how shorter. And the Z component is stressful to. Or quite or "ects" or "ex" or something like that, they only positioned X.

they do? get a quieter keyboard instead of a typewriter.

mine is pretty quiet so noone gets annoyed.. even though im in class and not at a job
