yes it does its an instant i lift you can put it on the night before and its awesome

Apparently it does work but you have to be extremely careful not to get it into your eyes. It only works while it is on your skin so when you wash it off it will stop working.

No I haven't but I heard it works! I heard all the models and woman compete on the pageant uses!

I've never tried it but they say it works because it shrinks the blood vessels
