We have a little valley up here that is called Matanuska-Susitna that is bigger than the entire state of West Virginia. It has the best farmland in all of the USA. Alaskan potatoes are better tasting than Idaho's. Google the Alaska State Fair to see world record sized veggies. Seeds from these giant veggies are sold all over the world. We grow veggies, grains and feed, and flowers. Look up crops, game meats, seafood, etc. from Alaska and see what all we export to the rest of the world and the lower 48.

I didn't think Alaska had much farmland, seeing as it's really cold up there. However, there is one thing that Alaska is known for... Hint: Check the menu at your favorite seafood restaurant.

All that comes to mind is Alaskan salmon. I'm sure there are a lot of things we don't know about, though.

Well. let's see... Alaskan salmon comes to mind, as well as dungeness (Alaskan King) crabs. You might want to check on Alaskan forestry. Also furs, if that's still done there.
