What software can I download that I can modify the default screensavor?

I would like to add a BMW picture right above the Windows logo, or replace the Windows Logo with a BMW logo.

And if you can't find anything that I'm looking for - Don't respond at all!!

You could make the image (with or without windows logo), put it in a folder by itself, use the My Pictures Slideshow screensaver, and change settings to use that folder to get pictures from. Turn off "Use transition effects between pictures" also. Set an appropriate size for the image as a percent of screen size.

You will get the same results by doing this as if you hacked the image in "Windows XP" screensaver. (Which is probably what you'd need to do. The image for the WinXP screensaver is probably buried in the software, or in some other library, and you'd need a resource editing program to change it.)
