Who is the ultimate movie villian in a thriller or horror film? It doesnt have to be a person it can be an entity or whatever

It would have to be the Devil himself, if he does exist - look at all the movies made with him as the villain - The Omen, The Exorcist, Rosemary's Baby - basically all the demon, devil-worshipping, spawn of Satan kind of movies are due to him - the worst/best villain ever!

I agree with babs, the Predator was cold as hell. He would take you out without a second thought.

freddy krueger becuz evertime he had a new movie it was ALWAYS something differnt i mean with micheal myers, Jason, ect. You always knew that they were going to kill someone with the knife, with freddy everything was so new and unexpected!
