I'm not going to answer your question, but I will give you a friendly heads up. Don't offer out Best Answer in your question. That's called point-gaming, and you can easily get reported for that plus have your question removed. I myself am not a snitch, but lots of people here are. Just warning you my friend.

1.hire professional private investigators
2.go on a huge road trip all around the u.s. to every record store you can find and ask them for 2006 urban and rb music albums.
3.go to wikipedia and research the names of the albums, then go on google and enter the names of the albums...go on the first site you find, make an account, and buy it...do the same for all the other albums
4. (((((fastest))))go to the biggest store you know (like best buy or k mart, whichever is closer) with a handgun, or some bombs strapped to your chest. grab someone and put the gun to their head and scream that you want all released 2006 albums (specifically urban r&b music) or you will shoot him/her and/or blow up the store. your wish will be granted in 2 hours, tops.

Go online to ask.com and ask them the question. You will most likely find the answer from there.

Try Billboard magazine. They may have a website, but I don't know if you can access information without a subscription.
