prepaid plan (called U prepaid) offers 3 pre-paid plans (pay-per-minute, pay-per-day, pay-per-month). I'm currently using pay-per-day. It's 75 cents per day plus you got to choose two options for free (unlimited nights & weekends, unlimited mobile to mobile, unlimited text messaging). Anytime minutes are charged 10 cents per minute.
U prepaid also offers serval inexpensive phones. The least inexpensive one costs $9.99 plus $35.00 activation fee.
