A triangle and I believe the chocolate bar is either an isoceles or equilateral triangle in cross section. The whole thing in its box is a regular trianglular prism. I don't know what it is when you unwrap it and get the gaps between the trianglar peices!

Do you mean a Toblerone, the Swiss candy bar? If so, and you're referring to a single piece of the bar, it's very close to a square pyramid, which is a type of irregular pentahedron (five sided polyhedron). However, if you instead consider that the top of the pyramid is flattened into a small face, and also consider that two sides go vertical instead of sloping out, you add three sides to make an irregular octahedron (eight sided polyhedron) that doesn't have a particular name due to its irregular configuration.
