The average IQ for any age group up to about 20 is always gong to be100. The thing is that 14 year olds aren't compared with 20+ year olds for IQ tests.

It is true that the average IQ for any age or age range is 100 but the "system" is not out of 200. The most widely used standardized IQ tests have their highest standard scores around 160 which would be comparable to the 99.9th percentile within the population.

The average IQ for anyone is 100. The system is out of 200. Your IQ should not change and is not a measure of how much you know as how smart you are: two different things. You can know more than someone and still be stupider than someone who lived her life in the jungle

Age doesn't matter. I Q (Or Intelligence Quotient) is not based on how much knowledge a person has but on their intelligence. This can be shown in, for example, the intelligence of a South America native living in the rain-forest whose only chance of survival is to use his intelligence to provide food and shelter. I guarantee that even the 'cleverest' man in the USA would not survive there despite his knowledge. Naturally as a person gets older they generally acquire more knowledge but their intelligence level remains pretty constant. I have taken various MENSA tests throughout my life and my IQ has remained pretty constant between 140 and 150.
