PLAIN Yogurt works wonders ... you'll devour it or use it on the affected subject. It's no longer going to harm some thing. You can continuously get Monistat over-the-counter. You do not have to see a surgeon. Don't be embarrassed it occurs to all people. It's only a shift within the steadiness of well/dangerous micro organism to your frame. (Yogurt is stuffed with the well micro organism). Eat yogurt customarily to maintain it at bay....

Yogurt is supposedly good to get the balance back. But I don't know if it would fix a vaginal yeast infection just gastro-intestinal.

Eat yogurt that has acidolphlus. Not all yogurts have this in them so you have to read the labels. Its a probiotic that helps replenish the good bacteria in your stomach. You can also go to a health food and vitamin store and ask them for it there. It comes in a drinkable liquid form too.
