Ok. I have been with my boyfriend for 5 months now. We still havent said "I love you" yet. we got into a fight and he said to me I know what your looking for but your not going to hear it because i dont feel that way about you. Then about a week and half later he called me and got my voicemail at the end of the voicemail he siad I love you bye. Then he sent me a text saying " sorry about the voicemail. It just slipped i dont know why. This kinda upsets me but i dont know how to bring it up. I dont want to upset him. But i want to tell him I love him because i do very much. But i dont want the same reaction i got when we where fighting. So I guess i thought its best if i wait untill he said it to me and actually ment it with out any apolizes. He dosnt have to say sorry for loving me. I dont know how to bring it up to him?

well getting to know eachother... Him and I have been pretty good friends for about 4 years. He was my exs best friend. He seen some things between me and my ex he didnt like and told me if i ever need a place to go that his house is only a few miles away. so after a while i started going there and one thing lead to another and now we are living together. Sleep in the same bed. Share everything

He dose alot of things that screams I LOVE YOU. But he dosnt say it. so how can you make those kind of commitments if you dont love someone?

Don't rush anything.if he says it and really MEANS it you should look deep into his eyes and ask him if he really means it.he'll come around.

this is the same situation iam going through but i know him for more tha 6 years but our love has only started at the end of last year, and he is in the same way as that of ur guy, these guys r never sure what they actually feel when they do love u and they also dont love u , i dont know what is upto them , if they do love us why cant they just say that they do , what do they fear in telling the truth. my guy says that he loves me and the next mesg will be saying that he didnt mean that at all while he had been forced to say the he loves me. i think i will go like this and see where our relation will end, keep a positive attitude and ur life will give u what u want

Don't bring it up. :P
He's probably not ready to say those words... 5 months isn't really a long time. Your'e still getting to know one another. It's not easy to make lifelong commitment type comments in that short a time.
Just go with the flow and see where it goes. You might tell him that you love him to see if it elicits a response. But so far, it doesnt' sound like he does love you. I could be wrong though.

Five months is a little to soon to be saying I love you Your in strong like stage and if he scared to say it its because he is confused on his feelings so give him sometime to get it together.

He sounds like he's not ready for a commitment or love.try just being friends.Move on and you'll find the right one when your not looking.

Amanda don't be an ***. If you have a question about how he feels about you, then the answer is no. He doesn't love you; because if he loves you he would make sure you knew it.

Dont be too impatient...eventually he will say it again. Just give him time. 5 months is really not that long. :-)
