Teemu absolutely has got to be one of the best, and my admiration towards Saku Koivu never ceases to rise. The Ruutu brothers have got to be some of my faves, Tuomo is quite a talent except those freakin injuries! Finns are probably my most favorite players, that fire that they play with! Ville Niemenen is always an exciting guy! And the Finnish goalies are absolutely talented!

There's a lot of Finnish players in the league right now. Koviu, Selanne, Jokinen, Kiprusoff, Pitkanen... just to name a few.
Anyone who says Selanne is the best Finnish player doesn't know anything. It's Mikka Kiprusoff. Just look at any rankings of the top players in the NHL. Kiprusoff is in the top five, while Selanne won't even make top ten. Finland would have gotten gold at the Olympics if Kipper had played instead of Niittymaki.

I honestly feel that one of the best finnish players in the league right know would be Saku Koivu of the Montreal Canadiens.

I don't know who's the best but Saku Koivu for sure has the biggest heart. He's overcome cancer and can't see in one eye. What a leader.

Koivu is great but Selanne. As he gets older he just gets better and better! Timonen of Nashville is one of the most underrated defensemen. He is good.

Ruutu is okay but he can get ugly...
Selanne will score 50 + goals this season =)
