I always count it at the last days of bleeding or the brown thing ends. But not all periods that are regular need to last 28 days. You could have a period every 21 days and thats a regular period. My period comes every 15 days and is not normal( i know) but is regular because you know when is coming. Just count the day you stop using any oads, tampons or pantie liner. From that day on you can count how much days are in between your next period.

Keep a journal of what your body does over a peiod of a few months. Take note of when your brown discharge happens and the time of actual period. Everyone is different, but if you can keep track of your own body, you'll know how to better predict what it's going to do. For me, it is 28 days between actual periods and 24-25 days between the discharge.

This can depend on your personal cycle, not all women are exactly 28 days, in fact, most aren't. Keep a diary of when you come on and when you come off for a good few months, and a sort of pattern may emerge. It may fluctuate a little, this is normal, but you should get some idea of when you will come on.

21 days from the end. Forget that beginning stuff. Mark it on a pocket calender and you will see your pattern - it might not be 28 days, it may be only 25 or 30

multiply pi x the # of days in the month, then divide that by your weight minus the number of times you had sex during the month, and there you have it..........

seriously, it may be impossible if you are irregular.....
