What are your thoughts on Steven Gerrard not being able to play for England on Wednesday??

it's a massive blow as other ENGLAND midfielders are already injured but let's hope that they get the job done this Wednesday.

The way Gerrard has been playing recently, I don't think he will be missed much. We haven't missed Beckham, and Rooney has been pants too!
I do hope that Gerrard can find his form again though.

as an England fan its great now maybe Mcclaren will pick a team instead of reminding us that deep down he is still Erickson,s poodle
