If it is not exposed to air AT ALL, as in it is completely under water, then maybe that's true. It wouldn't rust because rust is caused by oxygenation. HOWEVER, there are all sorts of germies and bacteria that would collect in that same water. Sooo, would you rather have a razor rust and know when to throw it out, or have a razor covered with invisible creepy-crawlies that could get into your blood stream and never know it?

I'd say false. The majority of the razors made today don't rust anyway. The reason they dull is the amount of times you use it to shave, and that can be accelerated by coarser & longer hair. Like, shaving your armpits versus shaving your legs.

I would also say that is false. If you have ever noticed shaving cream cans always leave a rust mark on the tub because it is always wet. But I was told that if you put vaseline on it, it wont rust.

Don't do that. Shave and let it hair dry. It's always good to change after 4 shaves

OMG! That is not true!!!

If you keep it wet, it will get rusted and dull FASTER!!!

Plus it will be germy and give you gangrene!!!
