She could make men of you all, that's for sure. But the blue faerie is far too lady like to demean herself in such a way.

I saw something blue zap a puppet, and latter that day I saw some puppet running down the road screaming "I'M A REAL BOY!!!!" I thought it was the crazy neighbor's kid at first, but now I think it was the puppet.
