call the city or town and find out their regulations on abandoned cars, then proceed accordingly

First let the word out to the local gangs that it's there. After they strip it then call the Police/Sheriff Dept. The owner will never leave a car in your neighborhood again. And yes, the authorities will have it removed before or after it gets stripped.

You can have that sucker towed.... LOL!
It doesn't have to be your car for you to call a towtruck to come get it...
But before I did that I would notify the authorities of a strange vehicle in front of your house, and tell them you are having it towed. You never know what strange things are going on.......
Best of luck!

Make a police report about it. They should come over and mark the tires, and if it's not moved within 24 hours it will be ticketed, and/or towed.

That happened to me a few years ago, I looked in the glove box and found the registration. When I called the owner, she said the car had been stolen.

I went and picked her up, we went out to lunch in her car and had a very nice chat. Nice girl.

She called a week later and told me that she was pulled over and almost arrested for stealing her own car! (she forgot to tell the police she found it)!

Unless it is parked in front of your drive way or mail box all you can do is wait for it to move. If it is parked in front of either of those, call the cops and they will come tow it. Good luck.

Yeah, it is confusing having neighbours who behave badly. On one side my neighbour has a occasion on her deck only approximately each and every Friday and Saturday night in the summertime - One time i replaced into going out to ask them to cool down (my daughter's room is stable by making use of her deck and it replaced into VERY loud) and a few guy replaced into status between our homes taking a leak. Gross. on the different edge of me the neighbour has this massive terrible dogs (the style that could "in no way chew every person") that barks all day and night using fact they don't pay any interest to him. Sorry I have no suggestion for you!!! I only style of go through in silence and want plagues to fall on all of them!!

If you suspect it has been stolen and dumped, phone the police. They will be able to run a search on the number plate and see the owner. If it is just somebody being impolite, then pop the tyres and scratch the paintwork :P

Look for the owner and ask him politely to move his vehicle.. if he does not, then try to tell the authorities about your problem...and they'll have it towed.

well, depending on the laws in your area, it could be illegal to park on the street over night, also, depending on where it is parked, it may be parked illegally anyways, so i would find the NON-EMERGENCY number of the local police depertment and contact them and see what they say, just make sure its not 9-1-1 that you call
