Hello women or men! Recently I had surgery to remove a cyst from my right ovary. It hasn't been 30 days yet and my right ovary is hurting again. Is it possible for this cyst to come back so fast? What are the symptoms for ovarian cancer? I have an appointment this week for my post-op and Im praying I dont need another surgery. They cut me like a c-section (bikin cut) and it really hurts. Anyway, please help me!

i have had the same surgery. it is not unusual to have some pain after the surgery especially around the incision. speak to your doctor about it but i would not worry about it to much

I have polycystic ovaries and had a cyst rupture on its own when I was 15...I am now closer to 50 than 30 and have never had any other problems nor do most women have multiple resections. I do however know when I am ovulating by the sometime knifelike stabbing pains in the ovulating ovary...such is life. You are sensitive right now and perhaps a tad paranoid(which is understandable) but all of this is not beyond what is normal. Trust me it is NOT cancer...

You might just be ovulating - lots of women get pain during that time. No symptoms for ovarian cancer - that is why it is so deadly.
